The Green Passport forms below are used for STX Vietnam Offshore NB01 Green Passport Project.
This version is made more friendly to suppliers.
You are expected to return 1 SDoC for all product supplied and 1 MD for EACH product that contains concerning hazardous materials. (If your product contains no hazardous materials then no MD is required)
